Come join our team of House Managers and Family Assistants! We are staffing for homes in the North Shore and downtown Chicago. A car is required, with mileage reimbursement. Must be HIGHLY detailed oriented, efficient, excellent time management skills, self-discipled, a forward thinker, honest, trustworthy, and self-starter.

Hours available as few as 10 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week. Flexible schedules and competitive pay. Minimum 5 years experience working in private homes.

Start date: Mid-August
Schedule: M-F 8a-6:30p
Compensation & Benefits: $28-$32/h, OT, 2 weeks PTO, Mileage reimbursement, 7 sick days, W-2, parking for vehicle

About Family: Family in DC is seeking a nanny for their 12-month-old baby. Mom and Dad both work full-time and need someone excited about providing daily care and enrichment. Family has a dog that does not require extra care. This is a long-term position with minimum 1 year contract.

Duties: Create age-appropriate activities to encourage discovery, creativity, and challenges. Light meal prep. Outside time when weather is appropriate. Children’s laundry. Toy organization. Maintain age-appropriate schedule and good habits. Encourage independent play.

Requirements: 5 years experience working in private homes. Child Development experience. Passion for children!

About Family: Family in Glenview is seeking a House Manager/Nanny for their 2 girls (7 & 10). Dad is heading back to work full time and would love to have a soft transition/crossover for a few weeks as everybody gets used to the new normal. Mom works from home in home office that is separate from the area you’ll be in. Family emphasizes kindness and routines and would like this person to do the same.

Duties: House manager tasks would include meal prep, grocery shopping, kitchen management/stocking, laundry, errands and organization. Nanny tasks would include getting the girls from the bus stop, driving to any after school activities, homework support, engaging in activities at home (big arts and crafts lovers!).

Requirements: This is a long term position. Ideally 3 years. Family is looking for someone engaging, a self-starter, thoughtful, proactive, able to hold boundaries in a kind manner, creative, and responsible.
